The 26" Huffy Rock Creek Bike is as much about performance as it is fun. Combining the dual suspension frame and fork, you get the spring response to handle anywhere you ride, trails, off road or around town. Smooth, high performance shifting is delivered with easy to read and easy to shift 18 speed index shifters using a Shimano rear derailleur. Alloy linear pull brakes mean you have solid control when you stop. The red mens 26 bike padded saddle is designed for comfort, plus the quick release binder makes it easy to adjust or remove the saddle anytime. For the price, OK

Never had a mountain bike, wanted to try it. For the price, it's a good beater. Bike held up well on forest trail. If I keplek another, probably will get bigger frame as this is a little small, but wanted to start small to make sure I can get my feet down if start to lose balance. But love the feeling on the forest trail. The shocks are great, I expected a bumpy ride over the roots, rocks, but surprisingly smooth. The small wheels turn on a dime. Would recommend as a starter bike. Really, a pleasant surprise, wasn't sure what I was getting for the low price.

I bought this bike in Walmart after I found that the bike that I wanted - a Schwinn women's hybrid was too tall for me to even get on :(. So this bike was recommended by the "bike associate". I rode it home about 3 - 4 miles on paved and slightly unpaved roads. It held up well on uneven surfaces with no real jarring...however the seat is not comfortable and I had saddle syndrome (I made that term up). I'll get a padded seat and update when I go on the trails....on another note the bike is not light - but certainly easier lifted than the steel type hybrid bikes like Schwinn.
