Just go to an actual store

So I ordered this bike for myself and the male-frame version of it for my husband. Let's start with the packaging. I received my bike (female-frame) first. THE PACKAGING WAS HORRIBLE!! The box was all torn, and as I expected from looking at the box, the bike itself was all scratched up. I do not consider myself a picky person, so I was willing to look past the scratches. When my husband's bike arrived, the condition of the box was even worse! Actually, in addtion to the bike being scratched up, the actual bike frame, where you insert the handlebars vertical tube into the fram was bent in. We could not install this vertical tube into the frame. Now we are dealing with the hassle of returning the bike which is a big item.Assembly was fairly simple. Neither me or my husband have ever put a bicycle together. With that said, we were able to follow the instructions and put it together in about 30 minutes.I rode the bycicle last saturday and I guess it was fine. However, I will advise everyone to get a nice seat. The one that comes with the bike is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I also attached a kid's trailer to the bike and took my son on the ride with me and I had no issues with it. However,I did notice some other things. First, the brakes do their job of stopping but they are very squicky. Second, it seems like the front wheel rim got slightly bent during shipping because it looked a little wably while I was riding it. Another con is that due to the design of the bike, it was very had to mount it on my car's trunk rack, it was very tight to get the rack's arms through the bike frame.Overall, the bike does what I need it to do to go on short rides with my son. But I wish I would just had gone to Walmart and purchased one completely assemble without scratches or bent/damaged parts and I would not have to deal with the hassle of returning such a big item.

Its a good bike for the price. The seat its a little too hard but it's a nice and functional bike.

The instructions for putting this product together were not good. IN the end, I had to take it to a bike shop in order for them to connect the brakes. It would be very dangerous if one put the brakes and front wheel together incorrectly and the directions definitely did not clearly show how to do it. The reason I said it was okay is that the bike itself is actually very nice and has a good and sturdy frame. If you know how to works with putting bikes together it is a good value.
