I received the bike in good condition even though the box was slightly damaged it was well padded and easy to assemble, the only issue is adjusting the gear shiftsWhich took a while, and I am still unsure that it changes to all the 21 gears you really only need maybe 5.I am waiting for the wifes to arrive, I took it for a test run this morning and apart from a front brake adjustment and fine tuning the seat and handle bars I am very happy.PS I never thought we would be getting a new bike at 68 but its more cardiovascular than walking.

This is my first mountain bike. I was surprised by the way the nose dips on its shocks when braking. If not careful, it could cause a flip. The seat also is less than comfortable. Other than that, I find it easy to ride, shift gears, pedal up hill & down. When I get into a little rougher terrain it is more difficult to control due to the front shocks taking too much of a dip & causing a possibility of a flip.

This bike came quickly was easy to put together and looks great. It rides nicely. For the price, I don't think you will find anything better!
